Hi, I’m Danesha. I was born in North Carolina but grew up in Boston. I attended Howard University and have always had a passion for anything medical or dental.
I’ve been with Dr. Camps’s practice since March 2009. The best part of my day is when there are kind teammates willing to help me learn new things.
I have a magnificent nine-year-old son and have worked with youth for over ten years.

Hi! My name is Ferne. I was born and raised in Guyana, South America. I attended college in Guyana and received my associate’s degree in education.
Prior to working with Dr. Camps, I was a teacher because I truly enjoy working with children. I have been working for Dr. Camps since 2011.
Outside of work, I love reading, singing, visiting museums and historical sites, and I am very involved in church activities.

Hi, I’m Phillie and I’m from Washington, DC.
I am X-Ray certified and have my dental/ortho tech certification. I love working with children and have been a member of the team since September 1999!

Hello, my name is Kimberly! I was born in Washington DC and raised in Maryland. I attended Prince George’s County Community College where I studied Spanish and completed my dental assisting program.
I have been working at Dr. Camps since June 2013. The best part of my day is being able to help patients and parents by educating them about dental health. Some unique traits of mine include studying Spanish at the age of 15 and I traveled to Central America where I did missionary work.
One great thing is that I am able to speak Spanish with patients and parents. Outside of work I have 3 sons that are 16, 11 and 9 and also am married. I enjoy camping, going to the beach and going to church. I am very involved with sports teams that my boys are involved in.
I look forward to meeting all of you and coming in and getting some education about keeping your teeth healthy and clean.

Hello, my name is Lissette! I was born in Peru and lived there until I was 6 years old then raised in Manassa, Virginia.
I am currently in school to become a certified dental assistant. I was inspired to work in dentistry when my daughter chipped her tooth and I realized how important dentistry was. I have worked at Dr. Camps since 2012 and look forward to many more years to come.
The best part of my day is being able to enjoy what I do and knowing that I assist in helping children. I love what I do and I look forward to seeing you and helping you with all of your needs.

Hello my name is Alex! Se hablo espanol! I was born in El Salvador and came to the USA when I was 3 years old. I am currently in high school and plan on going to Medical School.
I was inspired to work at Dr. Camps office because I have been a patient here since I was 4years and loved the way they treat patients and wanted to learn more. I have worked here since 2011 but have been a part of this family since I was 4. I enjoy my entire day but I truly enjoy when I am with patients and have the opportunity to talk to them and to get to know more about them.
In my spare time I enjoy being outside, go camping and practice different sports like hocking, paintball, swimming, bike riding and of course love to play x-box. I look forward to meeting each and every single one of you and your smiling faces.

Hello, my name is Connor! I was born and raised in College Park, Maryland. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
I was inspired to work in the dental field mainly due my mom being the office manager but also because I truly enjoy seeing the smiling faces of all the kids. I have worked for Dr. Camps since 2011.
In my spare time I enjoy playing listening to metal music and hanging out with friends. I look forward to meeting each and every single one of you.

Hola! My name is Christian, Yo hablo espanol. Et je parle fracais aussie. I was born and raised right here in Silver Spring, MD. I was inspired to work in dentistry because my family also works in the dental field. I started off as a volunteer at an orthodontist office and loved it so much that I started it as a career.
I have been a part of Dr. Camps Pediatric Dental Center since 2019 and love every minute of it. The best part of my day is when I am able any opportunity to assist with the patients. When I am not working I play the guitar and piano.

Nancy was born in Guatemala, but has lived in Maryland most of her life. She has been working with Dr. Camps since 2017. She is having an x-ray certification.
Nancy has two sons and loves working with children. In her free time, she loves to work and relax in her garden. A few of her favorite activities are fishing, boating, and any other activity that involves her children.

Hi, my name is Lauren. I was born and raised in Maryland. I graduated from South River High School, where I worked with young children as well as special needs children. I attended Anne Arundel Community College where I earned my Dental Assistant Certification and my x-ray certification license. I was inspired to join the dental team from my love of working with children and making them have a comfortable experience at the dentist. It’s my goal to have each child leave with a smile on their face.
